Thinking with Computers: Designing a Sneaker

A short in-house design exploration. Following on our interests in drawing clothing with code, virtual knitting, and the continued curiosity of how to push the embedded complexity and user-participation of digital models, we decided to pose the question:

How can Digital Poetics apply and meaningfully integrate digital design methodologies into sneaker design?

We then wrote this text as a reflection on our learnings.
